WE DO THE WORK IN HOUSE.
Elevate Builder Trend is a licensed Tucson general contractor working on homes and small commercial buildings. Highly qualified tradesmen do the majority of the work in house, and long-standing subcontractor relationships cover the specialty trades. We can knock down walls and raise a ceiling for the open floor plan you actually want — or build you a workshop, a guest house, or a house from the ground up.

WHAT WE BUILD.
- →
Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinets, countertops and flooring — including knocking down the wall that keeps the kitchen shut off from the rest of the house.
- →
Bathroom Remodeling
Tile, vanities, walk-in showers and tubs, down to the studs when the layout has to change.
- →
Home Additions & ADUs
Guest houses, casitas and the extra room the house is short of, tied into what is already there.
- →
New Home Construction
Ground-up houses, permitted with the City of Tucson and carried from foundation through finishes.
- →
Garages, Workshops & Steel Buildings
Detached garages, workshops and steel buildings, set out on the lot where you want them.
- →
Masonry, Block Walls & Stucco
Block walls, rusted panel walls, brick and stone, and stucco installed or repaired.
GROUND UP, START TO FINISH.
A house from the ground up runs foundation, framing, envelope and finishes, with the permits and inspections that gate each stage in between — all of it coordinated end to end by the same crew that started it.
- 11 City of Tucson permits pulled since 2020
- Ground-up new-home construction, permitted and inspected
- KB-2 license — residential and small commercial under one registration
- In-house tradesmen on the majority of the work, long-standing subs on the specialty trades

HOW A HOUSE STARTS.
Framing is where a ground-up build gets real: trusses set, then the envelope, then the finishes. Our own tradesmen carry most of it, with long-standing subs on the specialty trades.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
Are you licensed and bonded?
Yes. Arizona ROC license 328591, first issued in April 2020 and active through April 2028, with a Western Surety bond on file. Look it up yourself at azroc.my.site.com — the same record shows no complaint, disciplinary or settled cases against us.
Do you pull the permits, or do I?
We do. Eleven City of Tucson building permits have been issued to us since 2020, including a new single-family dwelling permitted in September 2023.
What areas do you work in?
Tucson and the valley around it — Casas Adobes, Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, Corona de Tucson, Rita Ranch, Drexel Heights, Flowing Wells and South Tucson.
When can I actually reach someone?
Seven in the morning to seven at night, seven days a week. Call (520) 443-0511.
Can I call just for advice or a second opinion?
Yes. Call for an estimate, for a second opinion on a bid you already have, or for advice on where to start.
Do you take commercial work as well as houses?
Yes. The license is a KB-2 dual classification, which covers residential and small commercial work under one registration.
Is it your crew on my job, or subcontractors?
Highly qualified tradesmen in house do the majority of the work. Long-standing subcontractor relationships cover the specialty trades.
Do you really build steel buildings and workshops?
We do — detached garages, workshops and steel buildings, plus block walls, rusted panel walls and stucco.
TELL US ABOUT your project.
An estimate, a second opinion, or advice on where to start — all of it is worth a call. We answer seven days a week, 7am to 7pm.
